We can accept unworn, unwashed items with tags within 30 days of receipt of the package.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Need a different size, color, or new style? Customers are allowed two free exchanges per year. The best way to process exchanges is to work with our customer service team directly through the provided channels. If a return is submitted and an item is reordered we cannot refund any shipping costs related to receiving the replacement item. A customer service presentative however can process the exchange request on your behalf and no additional shipping fees will be incurred.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7-14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
