- We can ship anywhere in the continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska.
- Orders should be shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. In peak selling times orders may be slightly delayed in getting shipped but you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once it is sent out.

- Orders over $50 will have free shipping.
- We also offer 2-day shipping options via FedEx for a small additional fee. The fee is calculated at checkout based on the number of items in your order.

- Fedex Ground should arrive within 3-7 business days after leaving the fulfillment center. Fedex Express should deliver within 2-3 business days after leaving the fulfillment center.

- Orders less than $50 (subtotal, excluding taxes, and shipping fees) will have a flat ground shipping fee of $6.95.
- Orders over $50 (subtotal, excluding taxes, and shipping fees) will have the option for free ground shipping via FedEx or FedEx Express shipping is available for a flat rate fee of 6.95.
- Orders over $100 (subtotal, excluding taxes, and shipping fees) can ship via FedEx Ground or FedEx Express for free.
We ship all of our packages, and accept returns, via FedEx Ground or Fedex Express Service.
Orders should be shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday may not be processed until the following business day. In peak selling times orders may be slightly delayed in getting shipped but you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once it is sent out.
We can accept unworn, unwashed items with tags within 30 days of receipt of package.
Once your product is received if you need to exchange or return we will be happy to assist you.
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after the return is received at our facility. Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional business days to fully process the return from their side as well.
Yes, please work directly with customer service to process an exchange. If a return is submitted and an item is reordered, we cannot refund any shipping costs related to receiving the replacement item. However, a customer service representative can process the exchange request on your behalf and no additional shipping fees will be incurred. Customers are allowed two free exchanges per year.
We have several accredited facilities that produce our Generation Joy styles internationally in Sri Lanka and China. The country of origin for your garment is also printed on the inside label of every style.
Fiber content is located in the details information on each product page. It is also printed on all of our labels inside of the garment. Additional information on a products features are listed on the products listing page under the "Details" dropdown menu.
